Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, or there is an issue with payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

As our products are food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Food & Storage

Please follow the storage, handling, and consumption instructions provided on the product packaging.

Once a product has been delivered, proper storage is the customer's responsibility.

All content on this website, including the Cheeky Charlie name, logo, photographs, artwork, text, and other brand materials, belongs to Cheeky Charlie or its respective owners.
