WHO WE ARE
Cheeky Charlie started with a simple love for making things a little differently.
We're curious about food and what else it can be. We like finding things that make us stop, take another bite, and think, "Why haven't we had this before?"
When we find something we love, we want to share it.
WHERE WE'RE FROM
Coonoor. The quieter side of the Nilgiris.
Tucked away in the hills, it's where we live, cook, eat, and come up with most of our ideas.
It's home. And more often than not, where the next one starts.
HOW WE MAKE THINGS
It usually starts with a flavour, an ingredient, or a thought that gets stuck in our heads.
Then we play around with it. Try it this way. Try it that way. Wonder if it could work somewhere completely different.
Sometimes we reinvent something familiar. Sometimes we end up with something that didn't really have a name yet.
We keep going until it feels right.
